a lifelong love of the sport of gymnastics for girls and boys of every age and ability
Beth believes that the physical, mental and social skills learned through the sport of gymnastics will help every child succeed in whatever they choose to do. She and her late husband, Jim, opened 5280 Gymnastics in 2002 with the goal of providing a world class gymnastics program that fosters a lifelong love of the sport for every age and ability. Although Jim and Beth were never gymnasts themselves, they loved what the sport did for their children. Over the last two decades, 5280 Gymnastics has flourished with locations in both Wheat Ridge and Littleton. They have produced two Olympians (Sasha Artemev and Yul Moldauer), countless collegiate scholarships and a plethora of state, regional and national champions.
Sadly, in late 2017 we lost Jim to the blood cancer Multiple Myeloma. Since then Beth and the 5280 Family have tried to honor Jim’s legacy through their commitment to advancing the sport of gymnastics and fundraising for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.
