At 5280 Gymnastics, it is our top priority to make sure every child is safe. We support and follow USA Gymnastics Safe Sport Policy and have implemented the following safety features at our gym:

• Video Surveillance – we have security cameras that record 24 hrs/day providing objective record of misconduct to protect both gymnasts and coaches
• Safe Sport Training – all of our coaches 18+ are Safe Sport trained and certified through USA Gymnastics
• Background Checks – all 5280 staff and coaches undergo a background check before hire 
• Public Viewing – parents are always allowed to attend and watch practice. There are no private coaching areas in our gym
• Private Lessons – We do not allow athletes to be alone with staff without a parent or guardian present 
• Equipment and Maintenance Checks – We conduct regular checks of our gymnastics equipment and perform regular maintenance as needed
